MCACC for Pioneer receivers.

Hello,
I was wondering how many people use the MCACC setting on their Pioneer receivers. What I do is calibrate it using the microphone but have all three settings set such as Acoustic cal, the front, and off. Personally, I find that the sounds is richer and warmer when I use off, but the sound is more direction and precise when I use the Acoustic calibration. What do other people think?
