Hellboy 2 - Blu-ray Forum

Just got it and it cuts off just before the movie starts and reloads. I have a Sony blu-ray. Do I need to up grade the firmware and if so, which one and how do I do it?

There are links to firmware on this site, and update would definitely be the first step.

Just follow the links and there should be directions from the sony site.

Mine would never get past the load screen until I updated my PS3 from 2.5 to 2.52 firmware. So there seems to be some new coding stuff on this movie that gets loaded.

I guess I'll have to finally bite the bullet and update my PS3.

Hellboy 2 played fine on my 60GB PS3 with v2.50...

I have the Sony S300 with 4.3 and it works fine.
