Why do my good ideas always get thought of first?

so we've had an oil crisis for awhile now, new all electric and plug in hybrids coming. so i thought a few months ago..there needs to be some sort of infrastructure where people can take their cars to say..a special parking garage where they can recharge their cars.

my awesome idea's always happen this way. i think of it..then a few months later i find out they've been planning it forever and i'm not actually as smart as i think lol
