The box office hit 'Eagle Eye' is headed to high-def, with Paramount setting a late-December Blu-ray bow for the Shia LeBeouf thriller.

Grossing nearly $100 million at the domestic box office, 'Eagle Eye' will hit home video in a rare Sunday release, taking aim at Blu-ray and DVD day-and-date December 28.



Paramount has not yet confirmed extras or tech specs for the Blu-ray, but a full press announcement is expected in the days ahead. As always, watch this space.

Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.95.

I don't know why but there is just something about Shia LaBeouf movies that I like every one of them. He's really developed well as an actor. Absolute buy for me.

Yep, me too and I would have not guessed the end of it which is something I like in a movie when I am surprised by the chute.

I wanted to see this movie, but never got around to it. This will be one of those few blind buys that I talk myself into.

at $30 bux no thanks. I will pick this and death race up for $30 total within a week of it coming out. theres always price drops on movies. Noone will buy a bluray for $30 bux

I feel the same way. My brother bought Disturbia on DVD way back when and said "y did you buy this crap?!?!" then i watched and was shocked on how good it was and bought on blu ray

this is good, it looks like bluray is coming out the same time as the video release.
