PS3 only does 1080i upscale for my dvd?
although I don't have the latest firmware (not a heavy gamer) but I am sure it's 2.xx (last time I updated was for MGS4, yes a while ago)
question is, I just realized that my PS3 actually only upscales DVD to 1080i, why is that? |

using HDMI and TV is 1080p
it's just weird. It accepts my BD properly and the info box on my TV says 1080p when watching BD but only 1080i when watching DVD |
