Hey guys. I'm venturing off to my local BestBuy later today & need your help in choosing a game for my ps3. My choices are :

Dead Space

or

Fallout 3

Which do you guys recommend????

Why do people always ask which game to get? :P

It doesn't matter what we think. It's what you enjoy. Dead Space is a somewhat short but very good while it lasts survival horror game with neat gameplay. Fallout 3 is a solid post-Apocalyptic role playing game that currently suffers from some random glitches (but is getting patched).

Fallout 3 is a perfect example of people caring too much about Trophies. Bethesda trophies are utterly pointless.

Fallout 3 is a really good game, I have heard good things about Deadspace is also good. It depends on what you want, if you want a horror game, get dead space, if you want something very open-ended, i would get fallout

I have had past experiences with Bethesda studios games (Morrowin, Oblivion) and they literally are filled with hundreds and hundreds of hours worth of gameplay. I have not personally played Fall out 3 or dead space but knowning their reputation, I can almost guarantee that you will enjoy Fall out 3 if you enjoy RPG's.

the trophies will add nothing to the gameplay. its simply "do this X amount of times." nothing creative or insightful. none of them are hard, they just take time to get. totally not worth waiting for.

I am positive that there are individuals that frequent this forum that will agree with me when I suggest Fallout 3 for your first choice & pick up Dead Space when it goes on sell on this Friday for $30.

I personally completed all of Fallout 3 two nights ago after investing 126+ hours of gameplay. All I can say is Wow! Worth every penny of my $65! Good luck in whatever you choose though!
