Amazon Refund Question - Blu-ray Forum

I ordered a movie off of Amazon (though through a different seller). And I just got a full refund for the product and shipping. This happened yesterday but the shippment still has a delivery estimate. In the e-mail that I got, the "reason for refund" simply stated "Customer service credit Memo from seller: Total refund for this order"

I've never had this happen to me so I'm somewhat lost, is the item still coming? On my orders page it is still listed with a delivery ETA.

I'd email amazon and ask them but I'd assume the seller canceled the sale for some reason. Possible though that the seller is out of stock and will ship it once the stock is replenished.

Thanks, I e-mailed them and the seller replied that their stock had a mix up or something. I guess it worked out for the best since the trilogy was a better deal. Thanks again for your help.
