ps3 blue ray settings!!
Hi,
Ive recently got my hands on the new 80g ps3. Ive a few technical questions!! 1. What are the best settings for watching blue ray discs! Ive a 32inch phillips pixel plus hd ready tv...not sure the model number,2 years old! 2. I watched a movie last night but was annoyed by the black bars on the top & bottom of the screen... ilooked into the settings and the choice was pan&scan or letterbox!! Is it possible to have full screen viewing? 3. on forums people refer to BD settings?? whats BD?? 4. Also, if i watch standard dvds, will these be upscaled? i read that a update had to be downloaded? will i need this for my model of ps3? Sorry if these questions are basic knowledge but im new to this  cheers for your help
