Default Which languages do you speak?

I just wanted to know the diversity of the forum members here. How many languages do you speak, read, and write fluently and how many are you learning? I obviously speak English and Spanish fluently. I'm proficient in French as well. I know a little German and some Italian. Anyone else care to share?

Spanish as a mother tongue
French as my country's tongue
English cause I love it and it's very useful
I also studied some Japanese cause it fascinates me. But it's a hard one and I hope I'll continue till I speak it "kanpeki ni"

I'll stop there cause I don't have enough memory in my brain for more (unless I decide to do a RAM upgrade )

If you speak two languages...... you are bilingual.

If you speak three languages........ you are trilingual.

What are you if you only speak one language?

Do you know the answer?

Think hard.........

English and Engrish.

I know bad words in my nationality's language Tagalog but can't speak it. I understand it kind of. My wife like to yell at me in Tagalog.

Well, English is an obvious one and I did Irish back in my primary school days though, although I had forgoton it over the summer. I have difficulty picking up new languages though, but I'm thinking of picking up Japanese and Spanish in my spare time. Might be though for me though.

I speak English.

But I took German for four years in High School

And Spanish for four years in grammar school.

Not sure why I capitalized High School, but am too lazy to correct... especially twice.

As far as fluency, I've never really understood the ability to speak another language. My brain just doesn't work that way. Hell yes, I'm creative but I just don't have a knack for foreign language.

Native language is English. Fluent in Spanish - lived in Costa Rica for six months, and have been taking Spanish courses for the last 15 years.

I can speak a very little amount of French, and can say dirty things in Tagolog (used to work with a Phillipino who loved to teach us those things I can count to ten and say hello in Korean from Tae Kwon Do lessons as a kid. I know - super useful!

English is my native language. It's a horrible language and should be banned.

I prefer French.

Lol, that would be kind of hard, English being the most spoken language on earth. Plus I busted my hump to learn English and I did not do it to hear it is banned

French is an awesome language. I love it! It's great that it and Spanish are closely related so that it makes it easier to speak it! Grammar structure, verb conjugation, and many other things! It's definitely a benefit because knowing Spanish made French pretty much a breeze in high school. I remember people in my French class had a hard time because they only spoke English while I spoke Spanish too.
