WHAT??? Ace Combat 6 = Xbox 360 - Blu-ray Forum

What is this I'm hearing about AC6 going only to 360? Does anyone have anything official on this? If it's true, it'll hurt, I love all Ace Combats!

its true, and as of right now there has been no ps3 confirmation.

I am disappointed myself, Ace Combat needs to be on PS3.

I imagine it'll be about as popular as Rumble Roses XX.

I wonder when publishers will realise that eventually they've got to start turning a profit from selling to gamers rather than taking Microsoft's money. If they don't they'll lose the respect of the few fans they have left.

Sony holds shares for a decent part of namco/bandai. Ken Kutargi (the father of the playstation) has been reassigned from his previous work to create a group called cellious, were he will be working directly with Nmaco to create games specifically to get the most out of the cell processor. Namco is builing their latest build of tekken 6, in the arcades to run off the cell processor.

Namco has practially been a 2nd party developer for the PS brand.

This leads me to believe that we will get Ace Comat 6 on the PS3. If we dont we can expect a similar game titled ace combat 7 (like what they did with ridge race 6 & 7), and it will have added features.

This also was announced before the UK launch. That launch, more or less spanked a lot of FUD about the ps3.

Namco could be working on a PS3 version right now, and just havent announced it.
