Firmware update for BDP 350 question

Hi,

I was wondering what the latest firmware update does for the 350. I know the description mentions unpdating BD-Java functionality. Does this mean that the resume function will work or will I keep having to find a scene after I press stop on most BDs?

Is there a newer version than 010? If not, the disc starts all over from the beginning again.

This will NEVER happen with that gen of Blu-ray Player. It work on all None-Java Title. But on all JAVA title it's doesn't. I've said it many time they should be a sticky about that question...
