They better do something else as well. Like spray paint their Elite back to its original color; "Shitty Green!"

No way man, Black looks butt-ugly on the 360. I liked the white color better...

I agree. My 360 is the only white system I have, so it kinda sticks out. Well, at least it ain't purple like the original Gamecube was.

In my situation, I have a silver Onkyo reciever, PS3, silver speakers, black Sony LCD, so white 360 w/ silver front cover fits just fine with my setup.

OMG, why is this thread all about the 360 color?

Microsoft still haven't put in the 65nm CPUs and their system still suffers from overheating and other hardware bugs....so I still worry. I don't want have to bother with repairing or replacing my console in the first place.

Another thing that bothers me is why didn't they make 360 come with a one-year warranty from the begining? EVERYTHING comes with a standard one-year waranty....MP3 players, TVs....whatever. PS3 and Wii came out with a one-year warranty from launch. Microsoft's failure to provide a standard service has to tell you something about their confidence in the 360 hardware.

I bought a one year warranty with my launch PS3 & 360, but I haven't had a problem with either. My roommate's 360 died though. MS wouldn't cover it. They want some $200 to repair it. It's redonkulous.

They had better look into getting some better drives cause mine died only had it since 12-17-06 and the rental unit I got so I could play RB6 vegas wont read games half the time. I need to keep reclosing the tray about 5-8 time before it will read it. Not just my RB6 it happens with all my games.
