I've been interested in the game since launch, but the reviews have kind of turned me down a bit. I wanted to play the game for the story, so I was wondering whether I should get it or not? I want to play it for the story.

I enjoyed it. I'd wait until you can pick it up for $30 or less and then jump on it. You can probably find a copy floating around in the trade section.

Does the glitches bother you? I heard there are some glitches that affects the game.

Heard glitches where more on the 360 side. I played through the game twice with no problems. Also this was a good place to bring up that they are adding a extra level to the game to the PSN this week. I'm sure I'll enjoy it alot. THE SAGA CONTINUES...

Yea, I heard about the extra level, which sounds good. I think I'll get it during the x'mas sales or if amazon puts it on sale for the 15 Day 15 Deal Offer.

I really hope they give us trophy support.

Definitely pick this game up.

Yes it is quirky.
Yes it is a bit glichey.

Once you get deep into this game and start to "get it" you won't be able to stop. Even without trophies, I haven't played a game like this over and over again since Double Dragon.

Feel free to avoid the "Character Pack" on the PSN. They are just extra costumes for Starkiller.

Trophy support should be mandatory ala achievements in the 360. If people really want them, Sony should answer that demand and require them for every game.

I think this game would be bad with trophies though IMHO. Ok guys, for example, give me a trophy lists of things you'd like to see in the game. I can't think of many I would.

Well they didn't announce that they would make it mandatory for previously released games to provide trophy support just after January.

It would be appreciated by all gamers if they did make them for older games. Older game sales would go up, in theory, if people were holding off on buying due to lack of trophy support compounded with the fact that prices for those games are lower.

The new level was available on the UK store last week for £7.99 ($12 roughly), and it's set in the Jedi temple on Coruscant. Think you also get about 6 new character skins and 3 more costumes for the apprentice. And I'm sure it also said some additional trophies in the text. Which made me think they'd been released for the main game, so I checked and nothing

I've only played up to the beginning of the planet with the big mushrooms then moved onto something else! Will go back to it one day (when they release trophies

)

HOW can you do trophies in this game!? I just dont see it guys. Star Wars isn't about trophies. It would like adding trophies to Silent Hill Homecoming ( DON'T YOU DARE START!)

Oh and yea, the level will be around 10 bucks but, as you said, you get several skins including Darth Maul ( guys you can play this entire game as DARTH MAUL! That's going to be fun). So it might be worth it.

You can get trophys for completing levels, gaining force powers, killing a certain # of enemies using specific skills, completing the entire game on different difficulties, so on and so forth.

finding all the hidden items.....(adding another example)

i don't see what's different about adding trophies to other games. you guys make it seem like it's impossible. if they can add (360) achievements to madden, they can add trophies to the force unleashed.

totally agree, there's plenty of options they have to add trophies....most games track stats and it wouldn't be that tough

Anyone know if they fixed that default text* glitch at all? I contacted lucasarts directly and the only response I got was "this is a problem we are looking into".
