Default iTunes Digital Copy errors


This is the error I'm getting with both the digital copies of The Dark Knight and Wanted. I'm using a new PC that I have authorized iTunes on. The iTunes folder is set with the correct permissions to have the downloads made, I'm using an admin account and I have the copies of Wanted and The Dark Knight on Blu-Ray so I have the official Digital Copy discs. Anyone else had this problem and find a solution for it? I googled this problem, but everyone just keeps furthering the problem and not answering it.

Also, the file does complete downloading, but then gives me Error = 5000
