Also, one I've only heard recently (within the past few years, but really like now) is the Barenaked Ladies version of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen/We Three Kings (which features Sarah McLachlan).

However, best Christmas song in general, hands down, Nat King Cole's The Christmas Song.

Pretty much anything from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer - original stop motion version.

I just love the Misfits song, doesn't necessarily put me in the holiday mood, but all the songs from that movie remind me of the holidays.

I'd have to pick 2000 Miles by The Pretenders with an honorable mention for Stop the Calvary by Jona Lewie.

I've got a pretty large Christmas music collection and it's pretty much in constant rotation for the whole of December
