Default Voiding the warranty by going into the service menu?

Ok from what i've read and gathered is that when you go into the samsung service menu you void the warranty on the TV. What i've also read is that you can "cover your tracks" by deleting the log that shows exactly what you did to the tv in the menu. I want to turn my AMP setting up all the way but i'm very afraid that something will happen to my TV and that as a result of me going into the service menu i'll be denied my warranty.

Anyone care to elaborate? I think i should be fine since i know how to delete the log.... but is there any other way they could "find out"?

EDIT: I actually found a firmware update that will make it so my AMP setting is "juiced" up all the way No going into the service menu for me
