The Dark Knight aside. I would have to say Iron Man. I knew very little about the character before I saw the movie. My opinion before the movie was it may be ok. After leaving the theatre, I thought it was great.

Incredible Hulk was a little bit of a disappointment, but still better than the earlier "Hulk"

Agreed. The Dark Knight was such a given that I would have to lend a few extra points in Iron Man's direction though. A great deal of fun.

Its funny how fanboys have to make the "which movie was best in 2008" threads with different names EVERY WEEK, just to get a boner to the amount of voted TDK gets. If you look, theres a poll once every like 3 pages

Agreed. +1. Even though Iron Man is the best first time live adaptation of a comic book super hero since Spider-Man. The creation of the different armors were very believable and the movie was generally a fun ride.

Seen them all except for Punisher and Speed Racer, they were all entertaining, while The Dark Knight was at the epic cinematic experience level.

Ironman hands down out of the ones that I've seen. Speed Racer is second because of the sheer awesomeness of the visual feast.

I voted for The Darik Knight of course. But it wasn't my inspiration for this thread. I saw HellBoy 2: The Golden Army last night and thought it was pretty good. And I know that there is people like you that didn't like The Dark Knight, so I figured why not make a thread about it. And if you have a problem with people starting threads, you might as well leave this site. Because it happens daily. And as for the boner comment, I beleive that that was completly upcalled for. And besides everyone know that you get a little "turned on" at the sight of Bolt.

The Dark Knight, but Iron Man was a very nice surprise. I didn't know much of anything about the character and like the guy above didn't expect much going in.
