Default Do such things as 'videophile' quality televisions exist?
I'm sure we all know of Sony, Samsung, Pioneer, and Panasonic - but do there exist high-end television manufacturers, such as there is with high-end speakers?

I mean, everyone knows of Klipsch and Polk, but how many know of Dahlquist and Sonus Faber? Does this phenomenon occur with televisions? Are there manufacturers out there I've never even heard of?

Not that I'm interested...just curious.
