Picture Frame Around TV - Blu-ray Forum

I want to mount a 37 inch LCD on the wall in my bedroom and then put a picture frame around the outline of the tv, for decor purposes. I know have seen it before in magazines and such.

Are there any know issues with doing this?
Is it safe?
Has anyone here done this?

If the frame is going to consist of a box around the TV, then I would be concerned with proper ventilation.
