Burn after reading release date? - Blu-ray Forum

I thought this was suppose to come out today? i went to BB to get it today but they said the 21tst

what happend?

Release date was originally scheduled for the 23rd, has since been moved up to the 21st (as have Death Race and The Women).

No the release date was moved up on Monday.
Oh and "Death race", "Hamlet 2" are also released on that Sunday.

"The Women" is available on Friday.

Trust, i work at a video store.
we actually got this movie in today, for release on sunday.

That must be a video store thing. Almost all releases hit retail on Tuesdays.

Hmmm. I was just checking release dates for a couple things and apparently it's a Christmas thing. There are quite a few titles juggling around release dates the next few weeks. And, yeah, Burn is definitely Sunday.

Yup for the next couple weeks realease dates will be kinda screwy. Burn After Reading, The Woman, Hamlet 2 and Death race come out on Sunday. House Bunny comes out Friday and Traitor got pushed for a release date of the 16th as oppose to friday.

The local Wal-Mart in my town has the UPC's out for Death Race but not Burn After Reading. If they miss this, I will be angry. Easily, this is my favorite movie of 2008.

FYE had it yesterday (Burn After Reading). Cancelled my pre-order with Amazon before I grabbed it off of the shelf.

So I'm not the only one who gets DVD's and Blu-Ray Discs early. So there are stores that out them out early. That's good.

I wonder if there are any U.S. stores who might have Babylon A.D., because I can get it before Christmas Day.

Picked up Burn After Reading yesterday from my local BB. It was definately released on Dec 19 in Canada.

Blockbuster in Oshawa, ON. has it for sale since at least Friday. I was in there Friday afternoon and thought it was odd they had it out. Not one I'm interested in though.

the video is fine but not a wow (4.0)
but the audio is fantastic! the score, the dialogue are all perfect (5!!)
