My mom mostly only watches family type movies so I got her Wall-E, Prince Caspian and Kit Kittredge. Never heard of the last one but it looked like something she'd like. I'm thinking about getting her Nim's Island and The Spiderwick Chronicles also.

Oh, Planet Earth might be a good one also. When my parents were visiting a while back, they loved the few episodes of Planet Earth that we watched.

I would say it would depend on your mom's taste. I am a mom, and I loved The Dark Knight, but Mama Mia looks really really dumb in my opinion. Everyones tastes are different. Therefore it makes it hard to recomend something.

Just bought at Amazon UK at a price of GBP22 something. 5 discs set (only 4 for the US version), all region code. Given the current low GBP/USD exchange rate, costs very very low!
