it has been said hd dvd is like dvd on steriods then hd-fvd must be dvd on an all meat diet then then there blu-ray its like superman lol but with no real weeknesslol

All I can say is stay away from "Red Snow", which was on HVD I think. It was possibly the worst movie ever from what I could see (though I don't speak Chinese so maybe the dialogue would have made it all better! ).

They'd have to figure out how to replicate pre-recorded HVD discs. I can't see a duplication (recording to a blank) methodology being cost effective.
