My Tosh 50" RPTV is about 10 years old. I don't want to get an LCD or plasma at this point to mimic that screen size when letterboxed as I'm quite happy with that on the RPTV and it would quite costly to duplicate that size presently.
If you are still running 1080i with those older RPTVs, what quality are you getting from BD? I haven't had the RPTV tuned up in quite some time. I didn't think it would be cost effective to do so and maybe just buy another display. |
