well, they are trying to make it illegal right now here, but i dont think it went through yet.

I read an article somewhere about something similar in Spain not so long ago.

Me personally, I buy my MP3's off of Itunes. I think in the end once it's all said and done even though it is legal, it may not be right to do so...

The thing I'm wondering about is if they do reverse and make it illegal, are they going to do away with the "copyright tax" we pay on blank media and MP3 players?

(I'm unsure of what the actual fee is called)
