Default Help requested with Samsung BD-P1500
We received a Samsung BD-P1500 for Christmas. When we turn the machine on, there is a green stripe along the right side of the screen. This is present at alll times and does not vary if a disc is in or not. We are brand new to the Blu-ray players, etc. and would very much appreciate any suggestions or thoughts on this. Perhaps it is a faulty machine and we should return it. Thank you in advance for any assistance you may be able to offer!
