Yep, should not have talked! It's the golden rule at the theatre that some people seem to have trouble obeying.

Guns are an extreme way of dealing with the public. I would use a more peaceful non-lethal way like masking tape, taser, pepper spray, the club or bribe the person.

Guns should only be used in rare instances like cockroach infestation, wanting quicker service by shooting in the air or winning a sports championship, again shooting in the air.

Think before you act, I'm glad to have contributed to this.

He seemed to be a pretty good shot. Winged the offender, then returned to the movie. I bet that theater was very quiet until the cops showed up.

i wonder how old the boy was... i cant imagine me (19 y/o male) sitting through this 3 hr movie in theaters... cant wait for the blu though!!

I have always found people talking in the theater irritating. What is even worse is when parents let their children run around the theater while the movie is playing.

People have no manners anymore.

The gun was probably a bit excessive. The guy shoulda just slapped the shit out of him and that would have enough.

But they wouldn't need one in every theater. Just one out of six or so. If the talkers new they were playing Russian Roulette it might quiet them up a bit.
