Default Newb here with a ? RE: I Need more DVI/HDMI Inputs?

Hello all. I have just entered the wonderful world of Blu-Ray this Christmas and have a ?.

I have an older Samsung 50" LCD DLP with only 1 DVI Input. I previously connected my HD Cable box to the TV using HDMI to DVI Monster Cable and components for the DVD player. I have removed the DVD and switched the HDMI to DVI over to my new Samsung Blu Ray player but am very dissapointed with the quality of my HD cable box. My audio is individual Optical lines to my Yamaha Reciever with no HDMI inputs.

I have done some research and found these switches http://www.firefold.com/HDMI-Switche...e-TV-C126.aspx .
I most likely will get the 3 to 1 manual HDMI so eventually I can add a PS3. I really dont want to spend too much money because I am probably going to purchase a replacement 50" 120hz Samsung LCD within a year but I do want the HD quality now. A manual switch will be fine being that I have to insert the DVD anyway.

Does anyone have any other suggestions or recommend another switch. I thought instead of a switch I could find an adapter consisting of 2 inputs to 1 output without the need for a switch.

Any help is appreciated
