Default Blu-ray Music

I bought the Blu Ray music disc from Norway that is titled, "Divertimenti" etc.

Anyway, the disc has 4 or 5 different types of tracks to select from. I have the Panny BD30 attached by HDMI high speed to a Onkyo 805.

I selected the pcm 5.1 at 24 bit and 192 k sampling. But, got nothing. No sound. (I have played several pcm movie soundtracks before no problem).

Then, I selected the DTS Master HD track, and that worked great.

My question, which I am hoping someone can answer, is this:

Did the pcm track not play because either my BD player or my receiver could not handle the 192 k sampling rate??

Also, do either the receiver or BD player have the capacity to relay and decode and play the DTS Master HD at the full 24 bit 192 sample rate the disc jacket says is there on the disc??

What came out sounded like 96 k sampling.

If the above is true, what players or receivers out there support the 24 bit 192 source?
