Boondock Saints for $20.95

I cannot say for sure if this will be a deal at all but for $20.95 it seems like it will be... especially for a movie like this. It's pre ordering at Amazon.ca right now. For some reason the Canadian release date is a month after the Amerian release.

If you don't know what the Boodock Saints is all about you may have been living under a rock for the last 10 years and I believe it is definetly worth a blind buy for this price. I remember when this was first released on DVD, it was not anamporphic and it only had 2 channel AC3 . Now it will have a lossloss DTS HD-MA 5.1 track

I am sorry but this movie is definetely not a blind buy. It is really a case of love it or hate it movie.

Some people are really into it while on the other side some people see it as a Tarantino ripoff. I think its a rental first and then see if its worth it or not.

It's nothing like Tarantino's style, but I see what you're saying. For me, it's a day one pickup. I think this movie is awesome (could have been better, but still awesome). Actually, I get it for free because my bro lost my DVD a while back and he told me he'd just replace it with a new blu. Can't wait!

I was just echoing what I read on forums on the net. I do agree that the movie as a Tarantino flavor to it but that is just my opinion.

anyways the important is that I think people should try it before buying it.

Definitely day one purchase for me as I love this movie but there are a lot of people who do not so definitely not worth a blind buy for some I say if you haven't seen it then rent it first.

thankyou so much for the heads up. this is most definatly a BLIND buy. fantastic film!! and NOTHING like terintino style. i dnot particularly like his films, but this is a whole diff taste to it. will be picking it up.
