Hancock sony bdp-S550 issue - Blu-ray Forum

Just popped in the hancock blu ray from nextflix, and I am greeted with the first issue from the blue ray player. I get a "Cannot operate this disk" error on my tv screen and "UNKNOWN" from my blu ray player. Anybody else have this issue ?

Not saying this is your problem, but Netflix rental discs are notorious for having problems playing on players across the board.
