iPhone Video Conversion

Anyone know how to get this video...

Onto my iPhone? I have it saved to my computer and it plays fine. I import it into itunes and all looks well. However when I try to sync it with my iPhone it states it's not a compatible format. I have tried several "free" converters and they are buggy.

This video is already in mp4 format. Not sure why it's not supported? Anyone help me with this?

Might be the codec that has been used which is incompatible. Either the video or audio one. Can you get some more info about it? (try right click the file and check the details)

Did you try the "Super" converter?

It can be buggy at time (mostly with large files) but has helped me out a lot so far when other programs could not do the job.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that program confuses me badly. I have tried it before.

Thank you, worked perfectly. Anyone know why a 40 meg file went to 16 meg after the conversion?

Could have resized it down to a lower resolution size. i.e. instead of being ###x### that youtube uses, it lowered it to whatever the iphone uses.

Different reasons. First of all the output for your iPhone might be smaller in screen size / resolution than the original. Then different video / audio codecs compress files in a different way, thus making them either smaller or larger... and last I would say it's the quality.

Ah yes, forgot about that. The video was in "HD", so it was bigger. Down to iPhone size, it would get smaller. My brain is working again
