Default Planet Earth Blu-Ray
Does anyone know how the Planet Earth Blu-Ray will look compared to it's original broadcast on DiscoverHD? Theoretically if the blu-ray is presented in 1080p and the original broadcast was 1080i, then the blu-ray should look better, correct? Is there any chance that DiscoveryHD's version will actually look better? I mean, what format does DiscoveryHD use to broadcast? If it's one of the Panasonic D-5 HD machines (like HBO uses), I don't know how a blu-ray player can compare.. Just curious.
