Default New TV or Home Theater System?

I currently own a Samsung 40" 1080p tv, which has a 15,000:1 contrast ratio, and I have a 40GB PS3. I bought this TV in January of 2008, and I love it, but I would like to go larger in my theater area, and move the Samsung 40" to the bedroom. Sadly, in the bedroom I have a 13" LCD from the 1st year they came out. For Audio I have a terrible Logitech 5.1 system. Should I beef up the Audio on my 40" and stick with the 40" for another year or so, or should I buy a new 46" Samsung 650 with all of the new bells and whistles, so that I can move the 40" to the bedroom? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

from 40" to 46"?

...id go with better audio first. My opinion.

Now if you were looking for 50+" ...then I would consider a new TV.

I (IMO) Would do the audio first because you allready have A good TV , Then worry about getting new TV latter !! That way you can enjoy the audio part of BLU-RAY !!
