Most Anticipated Horror Film of 2009 - Blu-ray Forum

Vote and tote, fans of the creepifyin' and scarifyin'.

Side Note: Yes, I forgot "New Moon" but on the fair side that is a bit more romance-fantasy than all-out horror as well. I didn't add "The Descent: Part 2" among a few others as well due to they have not yet been scheduled for release.

Also, please take note I am only speaking of theatrically-released films or ones that are at least scheduled to get a limited release.

I'm not much of a horror fan but there are quite a few I want to see this year but I think the new Friday the 13th or H2 are the ones I'm most looking forward to. I also I'm going to be see the new Final Destination and My Bloody Valetine if they are in 3D at my local theatre and if I have the time, I want to see The Unborn, The Wolfman and possibly Saw VI.

Not a big horror fan because most of them are not even scary, terrible remakes, or just plan corny. But this year I will probably see more than I have ever seen in one year.

I'm probably most excited about the new Underworld movie, but I personally don't consider it horror and not having Kate sucks, so I'll go with Friday the 13th. As a 30yr old male, I grew up with the originals and still love them today. Here's hoping they do it right.

there are also a lot i want to see but the one that i am looking forward to the most would have to be the new friday the 13th that just looks so kickass

that and me being a friday buff thats just a given

I LOVE them... just added basically the entire list to my Netflix... except for a few teeny bopper lookin ones.... 2009 could be a good one!
