MTV.com reports that Harrison Ford recently revealed to them during an interview that he was once considered for the role of Superman before Christopher Reeve was finally cast in the role for "Superman: The Movie".

"I think back when 'Superman' was first being done I was vaguely in consideration, but it never came to the point of having to try on the tights," Harrison Ford told MTV News during a recent interview.

Can't even begin to imagine him in tights......
