PC Game Returns - Blu-ray Forum

I'm trying to find out if I can return PC games. I bought Civilization 4 at Target 2 hours ago. Took me 2 times to install it and when I finally got it going I thought everything was fine. Then I had my guys build something the screen blanks out and crashes. (Twice) It's not the game because I've been having problems the last couple of weeks with my disc drive not reading the discs.

usually just exchange for the same title once it is open - anti-pirating

But there's nothing wrong with it. I feel like that I just threw away $30
