I have a dell inspiron 1525 w/ bd drive and hdmi out. I tried playing wall-e and dark knight and neither of them would work. However it did play transformers, so not sure if it has to do w/ bd live movies. I use dell's Media direct program.
Every time I would click on the movie to play it would say it needed to update. I updated it multiple times and it still did this. When I put in the transformers bd it said I needed to update and I clicked remind me later. It loaded the movie up no problem. Does anyone use this and know how to get it to update properly. Any help would be appreciated |

Hello
I had the same issue before. Instead of selecting "run" when it downloads, select save and then run the file from teh saved location. Joe |
