Default Is this proof? True?

Is this legit? I watched the Pilot of Lost in school and loved it. But, I do not want to get the DVDs because they just suck on my 50' Plasma. I do not like watching a show when it's already into a couple season, as I would not know what was going on. So, I just want to know if this link means Lost will come out in Blu-ray.
