Didnt know what forum to post this in so....here it is the same prices as monoprice & exact same items lol even the same page layout haha

Could be monoprice themselves doing it, or a reseller, or just about anything else.
I haven’t looked at the site, but its only "illegal" if they violate copyrights/trademarks without permission.

I'm not sure of the *exact* relationship between hdpl.us and monoprice.com but I'm quite confident that it is not anything malicious or illegal. If you look at the IPs that their addressed resolve to .. you'll see that they are on the same Class C .. they are also quite possibly physically on the same server.

Again, I'm not sure if its a partner thing, an affiliate thing .. a rebranding or whatever .. but no doubt it is above board.

Monoprice owns many other companies as well with identical sites (such as this one). I suppose the more companies they own, the more money they make.

If it all comes from the same source and same supplies, their chances of making more sales grows exponentially. I think it is a good move.

Monoprice has a physical location and phone number. I've actually been to their place and it is the place in the picture on their site. I don't see any of that information on the http://www.hdpl.us/index.asp site.
