Red face Help finding a good set up

Hello i am looking for a good set up but not too exspensive.

heres what i was looking at

http://www.accessories4less.com/make...r-BLACK/1.html

and

http://store.wholesaleav.com/poaurm51chho.html

I dunno how great this set up is but its in my price range.

Any info? The receiver is actually out of stock which sucks.

are those speakers pretty good tho? And any info on where i can get a receiver thats good for that price?

Im using my ps3 with it and i have a 52" lcd

I have that polk setup hooked up to a Sony STR-DG 820 and I think for the price range it sounds incredible. Everyone seems to like the Onkyo receivers here and either Polk Audio or klipsch speakers. In these brands there is really no limit to how much you can spend or the quality you can buy....that is depending on the size room you need to fill with explosions and how much you want your neighbors to hate you.

Good luck.

I just bought the Polk speakers and went for the Marantz SR5002.

They are both in delivery to me as I type so I can't really tell you how great they work together yet but for the price I paid I feel like I got a good deal.

Here is the link to the reciever.

The Marantz SR5002 does not internally decode Dolby Digital TrueHD or DTS HD-Master Audio. It will, however accept digital LPCM through HDMI (or analog through 7.1 inputs). You will need a Blu-ray player which decodes Dolby Digital TrueHD and DTS HD-Master Audio internally to gain the benefits of the lossless codecs.

Just a heads up.

Look into this system from B&H Photo

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...specifications

Onkyo HT-S6100 7.1-Channel Home Theater System 649.95

This system rocks.

Yea, good call. Having a PS3 or some other Blu-Ray player that decodes that helps.

I did know that before you said it Rob. It's good information though to throw out there though.
