Default contrast ratios
so currently i own a 1080 projector, i love blu-rays at 152". however, i am about to be moving to an apartment and have began looking at 42" LCD's. im only in the market to spend around $1500 so i am now looking at the sharp aquos, my question is that the sharp's contrast ratio is 1200:1 (6000:1 dynamic) and my current projectors is 2500:1. will i notice a difference? is 1200:1 good for an LCD, the bravia is only 2600:1 so is this as high as these LCD's go?
