Default Overscan-Disabling TVs

I'm the kind of person who is REALLY bugged by overscan - I wanna be seeing the WHOLE image. It doesn't help that my current set has more overscan on some sides than others, so it's always a bit off-center...

I know some TVs have "1:1 Pixel Mapping" options and the like, and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations, or maybe even if a pro calibration could fix the current display's overscan?

Thanks in advance.
