Default suggestions on a QUIET video card?

Just to recap my previous posts, I decided to upgrade my htpc to play blu ray content.
It's running an old pentium M chip--- which is well-within the blu ray specs, but my video card was lacking (an old nvidida 7850 gtx). Blue ray playback was choppy and unacceptable.

At the advice of one our members, I purchased an ati 3850. I'm very happy with it-- it was cheap, and completly solved my problem-- blu ray plaback is awesome.

BUt---

that fawking card is LOUD--- the fan thrhottles to 100% all the time.. using rivatuner doesn't help. I'm still within the time frame to return it.

Any suggestions on a card that will handle blue ray, but is quiet (I have an nvidia 8600gts from BFG, and its pretty loud as well)? OR am I just asking for too much?
