Good site for UK reviews? - Blu-ray Forum

Dear fellow blu-rayers,

anyone know a good site to find reviews of UK blu-ray discs. The awesome 3 for 2 sale on Amazon.co.uk has got me interested in importing a few titles. I'm having trouble finding a lot of info on the titles though.

I know where to find out if they're region free, but it would be nice to find a site with more info like whether they contain lossless audio for example.

uh...check here, we review UK, German, Korean, Japanese titles.......They are playing catch up but there are some here, Search the titles and see

i am looking for the same.. be nice to have a 'local' review site as there are a few titles released in Uk that arent in the US, and it would also nice to be able to have more than one opinion on titles.. i usually like to cross reference a few sites before making a decision..

I check DVD-basen.dk. It is a great site to find various reviews.

Play.com will give you information about audio, additional languages and sub titles etc. but the reviews are user created and are pretty ropey. Like "This is like the graytist moovy in the world and I'm so glad i buyed it" for example

And sorry jwbbud, I know some are reviewed here, but since there are currently a lot of UK reviews missing, I was just hoping to find a site that focused on UK titles. I'll be sure to check here first for any specific UK reviews

Hello,

There are quite a few UK titles that are missing because unlike the US studios the UK distribs, generally speaking, do not promote their catalog releases. With other words, even if you start looking for reviews elsewhere, at sites that are actually based in the UK, you will not find a complete coverage of the UK Blu-ray market.

This being said, I can assure you that we will have the largest Blu-ray review database on the net. The system is in place
