Default MAKING THE PANASONIC BD10 REGION FREE FOR DVDs
I am searching for a way to make the Panny region free again after Panasonics firmware 2.0 locked it to region 4 or 2. Many thousands of electronic devices - from telephones to coke machines - have hidden "backdoors." These backdoors usually turn off limitations, helping an engineer to locate faults and repair the machine more efficiently.
... DVD players are the same!

All the top models allow you to enter a secret code using the remote control, which instantly unlocks your DVD player, making it region free in seconds or letting you go to the service menu and from there to the region setting.

I am hoping there is somebody out there that can help all us in Australia & Europe to get our Pannys back to being region free for DVDs
