Default Will this stand work with my setup?

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1202650703403

I have a 50" Pioneer 5010. I would like to mount the tv and place my 7" tall center channel on the top shelf of the stand right under the tv. I don't know if my center will fit under the tv, I don't want it to block the tv. Does anyone who owns this stand know or could recommend another stand that could work?

Try Costco, there's similar stands for way less. Or just get a regular tv stand and buy a tv mount, that's what I use.

Thanks JJ, I checked out your gallery and you have a great setup. That's exactly what I want to do. Unfortunately I live in an apt. and don't want to mount the tv to the wall. That's why I was looking for a that type of stand. Once I mount the tv on that stand will I be able to fit the center channel under the tv? I've seen the stand in person but without a 50" tv mounted to it, I couldn't tell how high it would sit.

Update! I broke down and bought the stand. It worked out great! My center channel fits perfect. In fact I could upgrade to a taller center and still have space. For those looking for a similar setup check out my gallery for pics of the stand.

that looks really nice. Can you adjust the height of the tv after mounting it like that? Also, are your rear speakers supposed to angle down like that?...or did you bend the speaker stands so they would angle down?

Thanks! Unfortunately you can't adjust the height. I wish it had that feature. Cool part is in the future when I move out of my apt. I can use the same mount to mount the tv to the wall. The stand comes with a short support bar so you can still use the stand.

As for the rear speaker stands no I didn't bend the bar. The stands come with a straight bar and a bent one. I thought they looked cool with the bent bar.
