Bought polk t90e and a cs2. Granted it totaled $400 but, I think the wife is going to

me...Well at least the couch is in the room with the new speakers

Just wrap them up, put bows on them and give them to her for Valentine's Day. We all know they're really for you, but she doesn't have to know that does she?

Just by her flowers and tell her you have a great Valentine's Day planned for her. Then make sure you wine and dine her come Valentine's Day and give her something nice and then you should be straight.

I have a better idea, wrap em up, put a nice lingerie in there and a Marvin Gay CD. That outa work.

Look on the bright side, once she's done being mad, you'll have her and the speakers. What's a day or two on the lumpy couch compared to that?

Don't worry... I did the same thing but it was $1200.... I think it was three weeks before my wife talked to me again... talk about a vacation!!
