It varies show by show for me.

I voted Jim mainly due to his facial reactions. They kill me everytime. That and his character can make me cry from laughing by saying something as simple as "no" at certain times.

I voted for Kevin. Love his one liners. Creed is actually really the guitar player for the Grass Roots. He said it in the show once but it is real. He would be my next choice. The printer ink hair dye takes the cake.

I don't know, I love the part he has right now. All of a sudden the camera will pan to him and he's just nodding or something, those are laugh out loud moments for me.

toss up between creed and dwight. i chose dwight since he's been my favorite longer than creed. also andy is becoming one of my favorites as well. not quite the same level as dwight/creed but getting up there
