I ran a poll in a previous thread about the very same subject and got some good replies. It was mentioned that I should expand the categories, which I have done with this thread.

I hope to run this poll for the full year and then start another one in 2010. It would be cool to see how much people have upgraded.

Here are the parameters for posting (and feel free to post without a comment if you like).

1. Include your A/V Receiver - Power Amp - PrePro - Integrated Amp
2. Include your Speakers - 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, 3.1, etc.
3. Include your source - CD playback, Vinyl Playback, Tape Playback.

$680 so far for the A7's from Polk Audio Direct. Another $450 soon for the center A6. I say this now but I think that will be all for this year. See sig for the info op wants.

Edit: I did miss that one though. I'm using 5.1 with fronts bi-amped.

That's some nice gear you have in your sig.....I'm not a fan of Anthem (prefer the Sonic Frontier stuff), but SimAudio is a great brand. It's nice to see that they're introducing some stuff to those who can't really afford their higher end gear.

Overall the TT is great, system synergy is crap though. I'm looking at overhauling soon depending on my upcoming employment situation.

I may look at either splitting it off and creating a stand alone 2ch from the Sttaf I pm'd you on earlier, or overhauling completely.
