Ok so i bought a blu ray from a user at highdef. I sent the payment he looked at my address and sent me a refund because he said that he did not ship to canada.

Here comes the funny part i don't live in Canada i am from Ontario, California some people always think i am in canada cause in the address it has
Ontario, CA

I checked his thread and he had sold the blu ray to somebody else. I pm'ed him back to see if i could resend him the money to get my blu, but has not responded. All i want is to get the blu back since i had first dibs and had sent the payment for it i think that's the right thing to do.

He'll go ahead and send it to the guy who had already made payment. He's not going to go through the trouble of refunding THAT GUY too.. it sucks, I know. Try telling people you are from Cali or just spell out California when you give your address out. And put USA at the end.

yeah, but he should at least respond. I am going to start putting USA at the end of my address.

I feel sorry for you. That is a real cheap move on that guy's part.

Yeah, he can still refund the other person and let me resend the money because he told me that he will ship out the blu tomorrow. until now he has not responded.

That sucks, how did you pay? PayPal? if you print the shipping labels through there it shows you the address and USA etc is usually there, the guy is being a jerk

My company ships from Ontario, CA and my customers get really confused when tracking their orders. They wonder why their product is in Canada.

LOL. I feel your pain. I had a girlfriend from Ontario, CA (Inland Empire) and she had the same problems.

Maybe you should start putting usa just to put peoples mind at ease. I doubt the seller will even respond to you, they sold their movie and now they're happy. That does suck though, big time....
